Fox-Groves Architecture secured planning permission for an 'Art-deco' inspired single-storey rear extension with 'crittall-style' glazing, along with a 'hip-to-gable' loft conversion with zinc-clad dormer with projecting surround detail.

As part of the design development, we also explored a number of other design options to extend this 1930s house in South Tonbridge. These included a large charred-timber ground floor extension, along with other an 'Art-deco' inspired concepts which included a private courtyard space, partially sheltered by a projecting canopy.

" Michael designed an art-deco style downstairs extension and loft conversion with zinc dormer for us - we are delighted with the plans, which now have planning approval.

Michael was professional and communicative throughout the process and we would certainly use him on future projects and highly recommend him "
