Our aim is to guide our clients through an enjoyable design journey to create spaces that bring joy and fulfilment. We strive to deliver high-quality, sustainable design which positively contributes to its environment.
Michael Groves is a RIBA Chartered Architect and founded Fox-Groves Architecture after working at a senior level at several leading London architecture studios and, more recently, as an Associate Architect at a medium-sized practice in Kent – leading on projects and contributing to business development. Michael registered as an Architect in 2013.
His previous projects include award-winning cultural and hospitality buildings in sensitive locations, and residential developments of all scales - from ‘Don’t Move, Improve’ shortlisted private residential refurbishments, to new, low-energy houses in the Green Belt and large, multi-unit residential schemes.
We mostly work in Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, Sussex and London, but we have designed projects nationwide.

"Michael made the design process fun and has been brilliant throughout, making great design suggestions which make better use of the space and the way it flows [...] it's the kind of space we've always dreamed of having!"
Alan & Jude
"Michael has helped lead us through the design process at every stage, presenting different options with the help of great 3D visualisations and sketches [...] We’re so pleased with the design Mike has developed for us and are excited to see it come to life."
Hannah & Jonny
"Michael was fantastic from our first visit to the sign off on the plans. He suggested clever solves for problems we didn't even realise we had. But also he went above and beyond, making recommendations for suppliers and contractors."
