Michael was part of the team at Hutchinson & Partners which submitted a successful reserved matters application for three plots at Redrow Homes' Colindale Gardens. Across the three plots, the scheme provides 483 dwellings, including 17 townhouses.

The three plots are arranged around the central landscape feature of Garden Square West. The development employs a tripartite language in a series of mansion blocks and a landmark tower providing a focal point to a large open space at the heart of the development.

The larger plots include podium gardens, with the massing reducing towards the south to maximise daylight penetration.
